A nice low abv batched cocktail to make for your friends this weekend.

Underwood Pinot Gris Pineapple Sage Cocktail

10-15 pineapple sage leaves (yes a sage plant that’s smells and tastes just like pineapple)
3oz simple syrup
4oz lime juice
1 can Underwood Pinot Gris
6oz Pineapple juice
Ice

Muddle some sage leaves, add lime juice and simple syrup, add wine and pine apple juice. Put in the fried for a few hours to let the flavors and oils from the leaves come out. When ready to serve add ice, pour in glasses, top with soda water and enjoy!
