The first hour counts.

Shut off your water main, stay clear of wet electrical areas, and call our 24/7 local certified team to stop the damage before mold sets in.

Water where it shouldn't be? The first hour matters most. Shut off the water source, kill power to the affected area if it's safe to reach, and start moving small valuables out of the wet zone — then call a pro before the moisture works its way into your walls and floors. We're Restoration 1 of Moore Coffee, your local, IICRC-certified water damage team serving Tullahoma, Manchester, Shelbyville and all of Middle Tennessee — available 24/7.

Water damage doesn't wait for business hours — and neither do we. If a pipe bursts or a supply line lets go, the first hour matters most: shut off the water, move what you can to dry ground, and call a local crew that can start drying right away. As a locally owned, IICRC-certified team, we answer 24/7 and treat your home like it's ours.

Most homeowner insurance policies have something called a "mitigation duty" — a clause that says you're required to take reasonable steps to stop water damage from getting worse after a loss. Skip it, and the carrier can deny part of the claim.
Translation: the longer wet stays wet, the more your wallet is on the hook. That's why we answer the phone 24/7 and roll trucks fast — getting the drying started isn't just better for your house, it protects your claim too.
Burst pipe, leak, appliance overflow — call us first, then call your agent.
