If giving birth lying flat on your back makes it so much harder for you (the mom!) then why do you think so many hospital births are done in this position?

Would you take breastmilk from someone you don't know to avoid giving your baby formula? A lot of moms are... another hard choice in parenting.

I know this is going to seem a very ignorant question. But i am genuinly puzzled about how you can know that the milk from women you don`t know, is safe?

Consider asking your care provider to delay cutting the cord... one of the benefits not mentioned in this video is the transfer of the stem cells from the umbilical cord to the baby!
