💰 Starting Pay: $18.00 - $24.00/hr + Overtime & Bonus Potential

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute restoration projects across the Levittown and Newtown areas to maintain high-quality service standards.

Supervise, coach, and train restoration technicians on site.

Manage customer relationships and deliver exceptional service to maintain 5-star reviews.

Maintain clear communication with project managers, office staff, and field crews.

Enforce safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines, and manage job site equipment.

Position Requirements:
🚗 License: Valid driver’s license required.
🛠️ Experience: At least 1 year in restoration, cleaning, or construction.
🎓 Education: High school diploma/GED preferred.
🏅 Certification: IICRC certification is a plus (not required).
💪 Physical Ability: Able to lift 50+ lbs, work in tight spaces (crawl spaces/attics), and climb ladders.
