The Tulsa Real Estate Investor Association (Tulsa REIA) was established in 2009 and is the largest network of real estate investors in Oklahoma and one of the largest in the country, with over 14,000 members and growing. Tulsa REIA garners local, regional, and national attention as an excellent source of information for those who invest in our community. Our body of members and guests is comprised of professionals from every real estate-related industry. Our members are investors, lenders, real estate and insurance professionals, property managers, builders, developers, skilled contractors, appraisers, home inspectors, entrepreneurs, and so many others. 🍀 LAUNCHPAD - One of the most popular classes we hold is our new investor LAUNCHPAD course. Class meets over Zoom meeting once per week for four weeks, and on the fifth week, we head out into the field to put your knowledge to work! Our instructors teach the basics of investing, wholesale best practices, how to put your numbers together to attract end buyers, and even how to draw up a contract.
