Culture Collective is celebrating our first birthday with the launch of our executive search division, The Collective.

Recruiting and Executive Search has been a favorite of our team since the beginning! In our first year we were able to fill leadership positions with a time to fill rate of only 21 days, something hard to accomplish with today's competitive talent market.

Our Executive Search team is focused on hard-to-fill and leadership roles with an emphasis on organizations with less that 500 team members. We keep it small, taking the time to understand the organizations values and culture in order to find your perfect fit (Think of us as a talent matchmaker if you will).

Did you know?
Yesterday, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) released the ‘Know Your Rights’ poster, which updates and replaces the previous “EEO is the Law” poster. Covered employers are required by federal law to prominently display the poster at their work sites. The EEOC’s web page for the poster provides information about where to post it. The poster also includes a QR code for applicants or employees to link directly to instructions for how to file a charge of workplace discrimination with the EEOC.
