Most crucial question I've asked myself is: How's your self talk? ❤️

Self-talk is the internal dialogue that happens within your mind. It plays a profound role in shaping our conscious and unconscious thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and overall well-being. This is a common bug that we all undergo with insecurities, but can be seriously hurtful if we're not aware of it.

In my career as a financial advisor and consultant, I've felt the distortions of my own confidence and have to rework the negative thoughts to root back into truth, rather than insecurity.

☀️MUSTS are the non-negotiable tasks or achievements that are day to day. The required baseline.

⏳SHOULDS are aspects that contribute to long-term success and development. The longer-term investment.

🏆 COULDS are the *extra* activities that can be pursued if resources and time permits. The extra mile.
