Customers complain when the expectations in their head do not meet what you deliver.

If you want to manage your complaints or bad reviews then you need to ask the right questions to better understand what they are expecting.

If you find out their expectations are not what you do then you have now given yourself the opportunity to discuss this with them… thus still making a happy client.

Did you know that Wednesday is the best day to follow up with potential or current customers?!

😉Soooo happy Wednesday. As you are doing your follow ups here is some advice I have for you:

People aren't ghosting you...
Stop thinking that potential clients are sitting there thinking out getting back to you. No! They have their own life, job, or business to think about.

It is your job to CREATE ACTION! But please please please do not expect great results by using the typical and generic "just following up text".

Use these alternative phrases- Make them your own!

I know you have seen an event or have a friend that attends a weekly meeting. Reach out and put it on your calendar.

Networking is not a waste of time when you go to build relationships and grow you circle of influence

🚨ACTION STEP🚨- You know the drill. 10 minutes in the clock to get this done!
1. Stop the social media scroll
2. Pull up you contacts or register for the event
3. Put it on your calendar

❌ Not another sales training ❌

There is a lot of information out there about overcoming objections..but let's take it a step further!

It is not about having the perfect script or rebuttal but rather understanding your customer so well and believing in your value.

When you are proactive about customer concerns you gain control of each situation. You know your customer’s concerns better than anyone- so write them down, develop a plan, communicate your value!
