Jim Whitt’s purpose in life is to help people reach their full potential. After graduating from Oklahoma State University Jim spent a dozen years in sales and marketing with two Fortune 500 companies. In 1988 he launched his career as a consultant, writer and speaker. It was then that he started developing his purpose-based approach to life and business which revolves around his
fundamental principle of human behavior: Without a purpose our only motivation is reward and punishment. Nathan Mitchell’s purpose in life is to empower people. Prior to founding Clutch Consulting in 2010 Nathan served as a leadership executive with a Fortune 50 company where he was responsible for overseeing multiple business locations and over 250 employees. Nathan holds an MBA from Missouri State University and was awarded the Master Business Educator Award for teaching excellence while serving as Dean of Academic Affairs at Brown Mackie College.
