We’ve been to Guthrie, Stonewall and Wagoner for OMAG Recognition Training this week!

It was a special treat to begin a strategic planning session with the Town of Stonewall last night! After taking the stability test, their governing body and admin team discussed current projects, goals, burdens and what their big vision is for Stonewall. Thanks for letting us be a part of the process!

Last week we visited the City of Stillwater to provide training for the department heads and City Council. We enjoyed good discussion, as well as learning new ideas from them that we can take to other municipalities. Sharing what we do well so we can all work toward more stability! Thank you, Stillwater!
