OLD SIGN. NEW LIFE. 🔄

Sometimes the best sign isn't a brand-new one.

This project started with an existing sign that had seen better days. We brought it back to the shop, broke it down, prepped the components, made the necessary repairs, and gave it a fresh finish.

From weathered and worn to ready for its next chapter.

Projects like this are a good reminder that there's a lot more to sign work than what you see hanging on the building. Behind every finished product are hours of fabrication, prep, refinishing, problem-solving, and craftsmanship.

Which sign type actually fits your building?

The answer isn’t always based solely on appearance or visibility. Many shopping centers, apartment communities and managed properties have sign criteria that control the type, size, lighting, mounting method and even colors allowed.

• Channel letters work well for front-facing storefronts that need strong day-and-night visibility.

• Blade and projecting signs help when customers approach from the sidewalk or travel parallel to the building.

• Monument signs identify properties set back from the road, shared entrances, apartment communities and campuses.

The right choice depends on your building, viewing distance, traffic direction, branding, property requirements and local sign code.
