ProImage 3D provides multiple services and solutions to meet your needs. We can perform 3D Scanning, where we can digitally capture the geometry of virtually any object. We can then use reverse engineering to make modifications to that geometry so that it can then be used for 3D Printing or other services. These techniques can be combined with our vast library of materials to develop a rapid prototyping process that is second to none.

Step 1: Design Excellence- We kick off with a precise 3D CAD design for your product boxes, ensuring both aesthetics and functionality. If needed, we design inner trays or paper inserts to help hold the product in place.

Step 2: Space Optimization- Next we meticulously plan how these product boxes nest perfectly inside a corrugate box, minimizing waste and maximizing space.

Step 3: Pallet Perfection- Our final step involves strategic arrangement to fit flawlessly onto pallets for safe and efficient transport.

Recreating memories: from Scan to Gold!

When a cherished karate necklace was stolen, we were called in to recreate not just a piece of jewelry, but a precious memory. This necklace was no longer available, so we began with a 3D scan of an existing necklace matching the original that belonged to a friend and crafted a prototype in grey.

That’s just the beginning. We didn’t just replicate, we improved! By identifying a weak point in the loop that attaches to the back of the necklace, we ensured durability and longevity for the new necklace and were able to give our recommendations for improving the existing necklace.

Relive the magic of Maker Faire Tulsa 2023!

Our booth was a hub of excitement for kids and adults alike. We love showing the 3D scanner at work and seeing people be fascinated by their own hand becoming a 3D digital image. Our 3D Prints are also a huge draw and we love talking to the public about the innovations in our industry and showing what’s possible.
