In 1959, Romie Holder founded Holder's Security. After starting as a store where you could get anything fixed, including having your lawnmower blades sharpened, Romie dedicated his attention to the lock business and watched his store rapidly grow into the Tulsa tradition it is today. Since those humble beginnings in our first facility on 11th and Harvard, Holder's Security has become the go-to sho

p for both lock services and alarm systems and other security products. While having such a wide variety of products and services under one roof makes us a bit unusual, we're proud to be able to supply the residents of Tulsa with everything they need to keep their families and business safe and secure. Holder's Security is also a piece of Tulsa history. Nearly every locksmith in the area can trace their roots back to our store. We were also instrumental in forming the first centralized monitoring co-op station in the area, which was also among the first of its kind in the country. We've been in our current facility near 41st and Sheridan since 1989 and we continue to take the same approach that's allowed us to flourish throughout the years. Happy fall, folks. As we prepare to switch from A/C to heat, don't forget to check your smoke detectors and CO detectors. Keep in mind that smoke detectors and CO detectors have expiration dates.
