👔 Role: Senior Project Manager
Adrian serves as the primary contact for many projects, managing the full project lifecycle from start to finish. He helps ensure project objectives are delivered in scope, on time, and on budget while keeping the focus on client value.

⏳ Time at Arrowhead: Adrian has worked with Arrowhead as a contractor for almost a year and joined the team as a full-time employee on September 1.

💡 Specialization: Project Management
Adrian is a project management specialist with experience across both predictive and adaptive methodologies. His focus is on delivering value while helping clients reduce waste, streamline processes, and improve effectiveness.

He has more than ten years of project management experience across multiple industries. Adrian also enjoys coaching organizations and teams on how to use Agile effectively. He is especially drawn to projects where learning and continuous improvement are key goals.

Adrian is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). He also holds certifications in project management tools including Jira and Asana, as well as ITIL certification.

Tomorrow, Arrowhead Consulting is taking things back to where a lot of business lessons begin: The lemonade stand. 🍋

We’ll be hosting a stand for the Lemon-Aid Project at LaFortune Park from 11:00–3:00, near the South Entrance by The Herd exhibit.

If you’ve read our CEO's book Lessons from the Lemonade Stand, you know he's a big believer that some of the best lessons in business start with simple things: show up, serve people well, learn something, and give back when you can.

Yesterday was a good reminder that sometimes the best events don’t go exactly according to plan.

Our 5th Annual Golf Tournament supporting Circle of Care started with a two-hour rain delay—not exactly ideal golf weather.

But after several straight days of 100+ degree temperatures, nobody was complaining too loudly when the rain cooled things off.

Nearly 100 players and 30 volunteers still showed up at Meadowbrook ready to make a day of it. And from where I stood, a good time was had by just about everyone.

More importantly, we came together for a great cause.

Events like this don’t happen because of one person or one organization. They happen because players sign up, sponsors step up, and volunteers give their time to make all the moving pieces work.

To every player, sponsor, volunteer, and supporter who helped make year five a success: thank you.

A little rain couldn’t stop this group.
Already looking forward to year six.
