Moving a stagnant business into one that’s growing, profitable, and free doesn’t happen by fixing just one single part. To create a truly thriving business, every part needs to work together through the right systems to seamlessly support the next level of growth.

That’s exactly what we do in our Wealthy Contractor program. We don’t just fix one thing - we fix it all, one step at a time.

What is a Wealthy Contractor?

In our age of social media it seems like the word "wealth" has been convoluted. At Redmond Growth, we don't think of wealth as buying lambos or the yacht & beach house in Miami (although, we certainly celebrate anyone who diligently works hard for the things they love).

Our definition of a Wealthy Contractor is simple: it’s a contractor business with consistent, “ready-to-buy” leads, strong systems that run the business (not just the owner), and financial controls that create predictable cash flow and profits. Once a business reaches this point, the owner gains the freedom to live life on their own terms, no longer controlled by their business.

Listen to this quick clip to hear more, and tell us: how do YOU define “wealthy”?

Construction and contracting businesses have the highest failure rate of any industry - up to 96% fail before reaching 10 years, according to the U.S. Department of Commerce. There are a few reasons why this is - one of the biggest is simply underbidding jobs. In order to properly bid a job, you must factor in your overhead % AND profit %, as well as making sure your material, labor, and subs are covered. This is why we are so committed to our Redmond Growth style of Cost+ pricing. Check it out
