Absolutely love this little chick. She's my go-to camping buddy who happens to also double as my personal alarm and my warm, fluffy, cuddle-bug. However, I also love getting into a clean bed at night when I'm out car camping. So, a canvas drop cloth doubling as a bed cover protecting my bedding during the day or during drives, is a must. Just in case the muddy feet couldn't be cleaned before loading into the car. Things happen. Not everything happens as planned when you're on the road. As long as I make sure I cover my bed after I get up for the day, I'll be ready for the next night's sleep! 🥰

Hubby gifted me with a brand new heavy duty Carhartt bib!! I'm so in love with my new bibs!! Cannot feel the cold at all, so working in the shop is quite comfortable even at 40 degrees. Besides, I really think the dark brown of my bibs, compliments my pink tool belt and my pink boots quite nicely. All courtesy of hubby. 🥰

One of our favorite parts about coming together with family or friends is enjoying great, potluck style, home cooked foods, with good company. We laugh, we talk, we hang out, and though I know some people don't like leftovers, but that's another one of my favorite parts... No cooking for the next few days! 😂

Pictured below: Tembleque (similar to a coconut custard), Arroz con Dulce (candied rice), Bacalao (salted cod fish), Pernil (garlic pork roast), Rice/Red Beans, Mofongo (crushed pork skins, plantains, and garlic)...
