All buildings have Certificates of Occupancy.

We have CO for building A and have folks moving in. Building B will be following in January.

11/09/2022

Landscaping is done for C&D. Building A will be handed over to the management company next week. Building B has finished interior paint and has now started cabinets. Building E will be done with drywall at the end of December.

10/20/2022

Landscaping has started going in. Building D is starting to have a few residents move in. Building C is having touch ups done then will start having folks move in. Building A should be online in 3 weeks or so.

Pavement is down. Building D is shooting to go online next week, with building C the week after. Then Building A end of Octoober. Building B Top of December and E in January.

Serenity
We have filled the pond in and are going to finish the site work and head into paving. PSE has energized the transformers on site. All the metal siding is complete on C & D. The hardie has started prime and paint. Prime and paint has also started on the inside of D.

Serenity main power conduit is going in on the week of the 13th then power gets hooked up the week of the 27th.

Building A has started bottom floor siding and is ready for decks.
Building B has all the windows in and is ready to start decks.
Building C & D will be starting drywall next week and is 90% done with siding.
Building E is still being roughed in and dried out.

Serenity
All roofs are done
Building A is all wrapped and is drying out
Building B is about 60% wrapped and is also drying out
Building C & D are dried out and will be getting insolated this week and next week
Building E is drying out and being roughed in for plumbing, electrical, and fire sprinkler

Building A will be receiving it roof on 5/2
Building B will be done with rough in by the end of may
Building C & D will start drywall the second week of may
Building E has started the rough in
