As we wrap up 2025, I just want to take a moment to thank every single one of you who trusted me with your internet, TV, phone and wireless needs this year. Being a small business of just me (with the support of my amazing wife and our two kids cheering me on at home), every recommendation, every kind word, and every returning customer truly makes a difference.

This year brought growth, challenges, and a whole lot of gratitude. And it’s all because of the people who choose local, choose small, and choose to support a business built on honesty and real customer care.

As Christmas Eve settles in and my family and I slow down for the night, I wanted to take a moment to speak from the heart and thank all of you.

NEPA Solutions Plus is just me — with the constant love, support, and encouragement of my wife and our two kids behind the scenes. What started as a simple mission to help people save money on their tv, phone, and internet services has grown into something far bigger than I ever imagined. And that’s because of each and every one of you.

To all my incredible customers who recommend us, share our posts, send friends and family our way, or simply trust me to help with your telecommunications needs — I’m truly grateful. Every referral and kind word directly supports my family, and I don’t take that lightly.
