There's a reason you got into sales and not accounting. You're wired for the deal, the relationship, the close.

Forcing yourself to also be the bookkeeper isn't discipline. It's a misallocation.

The agents who grow are the ones who do their work and let someone else do the work they're bad at and hate.

The highest-value thing you do is sit across from a nervous buyer and make them feel safe. Nobody pays you to categorize expenses.

But the expenses don't categorize themselves, so they take your time anyway, the most expensive time in your business, spent on the cheapest task in it.

That math never works in your favor.

Your kid asked why you work so much.
