A customer called our office august 9,2023 in reference to obtaining a diminished value claim on her 2023 Kia Telluride with only 1346 miles on it. She explained that she was hit by an uninsured motorist and that surprisingly the State Farm Claim Rep told her that in Mississippi she could collect from her insurer. After receiving the necessary information and documentation I forwarded her our DV report on August 23.. The vehicle sustained $14266.00 in damage and our research showed the vehicle sustained a fair loss of value of $13855.00 Our customer sent a text on Sept. 12,2023 stating she had received the full calculated amount of $13855.00 from State Farm. Another satisfied Collision Consulting customer. Never trust an insurance company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe.
