​Responsibilities:

Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner
Collect cash or checks for all orders delivered
make sure truck is clean and all necessary service is done as scheduled

Check vehicle fluid levels and perform general routine inspection of vehicle to ensure all is in working order
Assist with packing and/or storing of food items, components and/or supplies as required
Maintain communications with Customer Service
Recordkeeping as required
Participate in all required company training
Other duties as assigned by management

We are looking to hire a highly efficient driver helper to assist company drivers with all deliveries. The driver helper’s responsibilities include loading and unloading products by hand or by use of hand trucks, collecting all rejected products upon approval by customer service, and ensuring that the delivery vehicle is clean at all times. You should also be able to build and maintain solid inter-departmental relationships to ensure effective communication.

To be successful as a driver helper, you should be able to follow all company safety practices. Ultimately, an exceptional driver helper will effectively engage with clients and customers to ensure that their expectations are met.

Driver Helper Responsibilities:
(1). Loading and unloading company products.
(2). Assisting drivers to find delivery locations.
(3). Compiling accurate delivery records and reports.
(4). Reporting all delivery-related problems to senior staff.
(5). Effectively communicating with clients and customers to resolve complaints.
(6). Liaising with the main office or the warehouse logistics team to notify the driver of any changes to daily routes.
(7). Assisting with the unloading of the delivery vehicle at the end of each shift.
(8). Obtaining clients’ and customers’ signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products.
(9). Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.

Driver Helper Requirements:
(1). High school diploma or GED.
(2). Proven experience working in warehousing, manufacturing, or production.
(3). Proven customer service experience is preferred.
(4). The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
(5). The ability to work flexible hours.

Warehouse Order Selector
Warehouse Order Selectors are responsible for building customer orders in a timely and accurate.
Selectors receive direction on the orders they are tasked with and are then responsible for physically lifting each case of product and stacking the product on a pallet.
The Warehouse selector is required to select customer pallets and operates a double pallet jack. A representative list of duties, responsibilities, and performance expectations is as follows:
Promote and practice company Value of safety -- always.
Relocate an average product case weight of approximately 20 pounds to 60 pounds from pallet to pallet.
You will be expected to maintain a competitive average throughput.
You will be required to maintain an aggressive quality and accuracy standard to ensure that the customer is given the highest quality service.
Vocollect, voice selection, RF scanner experience a plus
Help to loading delivery van in morning ya evening for next day delivery

Qualifications:
Prior experience receiving or unloading in a warehouse or distribution setting or knowledge of logistics is preferred but not required. Experience operating powered warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts a plus.
Willingness to work 40 hours/week

Requirements:
Current experience using an electric pallet jack (Walkie Rider)
Experience working with RF scan and voice to pick
Previous experience working in a warehouse
Experience in a high volume picking warehouse which is considered 50 – 300 cases in a 12-hour shift
Willingness to work 40 hours/week
Ability to read, write and speak English
Basic math skills
must be able to lift cases by hand weighing from 25 to 95 pounds and can expect to handle between 50 and 200+ pallets
Handlers are expected to work productively and safely
Must interact respectfully and courteously with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
Handlers must have the ability to lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and squat the majority of the workday.
