I found myself thinking about this shirt from last week.

I had the opportunity to help produce shirts for the Mississippi FFA State Convention.

What made it meaningful is that I served as Mississippi State FFA President in 1984–85.

Forty years later, it is pretty rewarding to walk into the convention and now serve as a trusted supplier to an organization that meant a lot to me growing up.

I had nothing to do with the artwork (which turned out great), but I’ll admit… seeing these shirts all over the convention felt pretty special.

Funny how things come full circle sometimes.

Monday Inspiration | BNI Elite

Most business owners spend their time asking:

“How can I get more referrals?”

A better question might be:

“How can I become easier to refer?”

People don’t refer businesses they like.
They refer businesses they can clearly explain.

Can your network quickly describe:
• Who you help?
• What problem you solve?
• What makes you different?
• Who your ideal referral is?

The clearer your message, the more referrals you create.

This week, take a look at your weekly presentation and your conversations. If your referral partners have to guess who you’re looking for, they’re probably missing opportunities to connect you.

Clarity creates confidence.
Confidence creates referrals.
Referrals create growth.

That’s not marketing.
That’s relationship-based business, done well.

We’re excited to launch our new **Stock The Fridge** program! 🛒🥛🍎

We know summer break can be stressful for some families with kids home from school, and we want to help lighten that load a little.

This summer, we’re looking to sponsor **1 family** by helping “stock their fridge” once a month during summer break! 💕

We would especially love to help:
✨ Single moms
✨ Parents with little to no family support
✨ Families who have recently faced unexpected hardships

However, we are accepting **all nominations**! 🤍
