Ample parking is available in the circle and at the end of the street. Please be considerate of driveways and mailboxes and respectful of neighbors. We are not responsible for vehicle damage.
We accept cash, Venmo, and CashApp. For large purchases ($1000 or over), we may accommodate credit or debit card payments, but please prepare for cash transactions. No holds due to payment issues.
PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLY: We do not provide assistance with carrying or loading purchases. No equipment or tools are available.
All purchases must be picked up by 2:00 pm on Sunday, the final day of the sale. If not picked up by the deadline, purchases will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for items purchased and not picked up by Sunday at 2:00 pm. All sales are final and sold as-is.
We are not responsible for personal injuries or vehicle damage during parking, loading, or unloading.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the sale. Guardians are responsible for their child's behavior.
A limited number of boxes and bags are available. You may bring your own and leave them outside until all purchases have been accounted for and paid. Then, pack and bag your ite
