TRACKING THE THREAT OF A SIGNIFICANT 5-9 pm western into central North Dakota!

Supercells should fire near or southwest of Minot by around 4 pm with the threat of tornadoes and gorilla hail. These storms will be followed by a double-barreled wind bag capable of a long swath of wind damage and embedded tornadoes. We will be LIVE from the Dominator Fore, which we will shred tonight, by 4 pm. Stay tuned to severe weather watches and warnings in this target area

A Red Flag Warning is in effect from noon to 9 pm CDT (11 AM to 8 PM MDT) today. Critical fire weather conditions are expected over most of North Dakota. Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and be difficult to control.
