Attends pre-meal meetings as requested by the supervisor.

Sets upside station and performs assigned side preparation work ahead of dining hours.

Provides a high level of service when taking orders, fulfilling orders, and closing orders.

Dining is an experience we do everything we can to prepare and execute a consistent high level of hospitality.

Thanks members and guests; invites them to return.

Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager.
Turns in check out sheets and tip envelopes.

Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur.

Teach, supervise the set-up process, procedure and design for parties and banquets assist and complete as needed.

Consistently follows local and state laws, policies, and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests.

Respect the use of alcohol and the daily portion control requirements.

Performs other appropriate duties assigned by outlet supervisor and manager.

Follows and supports any and all process, procedure, changes, and improvement ideas given by the lead supervisor and/or management.

Job Summary (Essential Functions)

Responsible for management of dining room service in the manner most pleasing to members and their guests. Ensure a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service in personnel and cleanliness of dining room. Supervise and train dining room staff. Understand, develop, and work to a set budget.

Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities)

* Schedule personnel and plans room setup based upon anticipated guest counts and client needs.

*Take reservations and confirm reservation schedules.

*Familiarity with events and work with catering coordinator to exceed member expectations

*Supervises dining room staff to help assure proper service.

*Hires, trains, supervises, schedules and evaluates dining room staff.

*Provides appropriate reports concerning employee hours, schedules, pay rates, job changes, tip pools, etc.

*Receives and resolves complaints concerning food, beverages and service.

*Serves as liaison between the dining room and kitchen staff.

*Ensures all side-work is accomplished and that all cleaning of equipment and storage areas is completed according to schedule.

*Directs pre-meal meetings with dining room personnel; relays information and policy changes and briefs personnel.

*Assures the correct appearance, cleanliness and safety of dining room areas, equipment and fixtures; checks the maintenance of all equipment in the dining room and reports deficiencies and maintenance concerns.

*Maintains an inventory of dining room items including silverware, coffee pots, water pitchers, salt and pepper holders, sugar bowls and linen and ensures that they are properly stored and accounted.

*Develops and maintains the dining room reservation system.

*Develops and implements an on-going marketing program to increase dining room business.

*Develops and supervises the revenue control system.

*Monitors dining room labor and supplies budget; makes adjustments to achieve financial goals.

*Attends scheduled staff meetings.

*Confirms that all dining room closing procedures have been completed.

*Designs floor plans in accordance with reservations.

*Plans operating budget for dining service responsibilities.

*May serve as club’s opening and closing manager or manager on duty.

*Assures that local and state laws and the club’s policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Follow-Up
• - Respond promptly to internet, phone, and walk-in leads using CRM (Dealer Socket) and dealership communication systems.

• - Ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented in the CRM.
Customer Engagement
• - Provide an exceptional customer experience through professional communication, courtesy, and active listening.

• - Assist customers in scheduling test drives and appointments with sales consultants.
Sales Support
• - Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless hand-offs from the BDC to showroom.

Performance Goals
• - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and sales targets.

Qualifications:

• - Previous experience in automotive BDC, sales, or customer service preferred (but not required – we provide training).
