Thank you to Suzy Shepherd, Executive Director of For the Silent, for being our featured speaker this week! 🙌

Suzy shared her passion for caring for some of the most vulnerable members of our community and the importance of living with purpose and making a positive impact on the people around us.

She also introduced "3 Days to More," a FREE workshop designed to bring women together to reflect on their lives, set meaningful goals, and create a plan to live more intentionally while making a greater difference in their communities.

Suzy is a wonderful example of the passionate, community-minded leaders who make BNI – Tyler Connections such a valuable group.

BNI is about more than exchanging referrals. It's about building genuine relationships with local professionals who care about their businesses, their communities, and helping others succeed.

Thank you to Stephen Kelling , “The Profit Ninja,” at Thrive Strategy Group for being our featured speaker this week.

As a business coach, Stephen helps entrepreneurs move their businesses forward by combining strategy with implementation. Because knowing what needs to change is only part of the equation. Business owners also need a plan for actually making it happen.

Derek gave our members the opportunity to learn more about the mortgage process and the importance of having a knowledgeable professional in your corner when it’s time to purchase or refinance a home.

One of the biggest benefits of BNI is getting to know the professionals in our chapter beyond just knowing their job title. We learn what they do, who they can help, and why we can feel confident referring people we know to them.

This week’s BNI – Tyler Connections meeting was a little different from our usual format, but it gave us something just as valuable: time to connect! 🙌

We enjoyed a great time of networking, fellowship, and building stronger relationships with fellow business owners yesterday at our weekly BNI meeting.

That’s what makes a group like Tyler Connections so valuable. We’re not simply exchanging business cards or referrals. We’re building relationships with people who genuinely want to see each other’s businesses succeed.

She talked about going above and beyond for her clients, and several of our members were able to back that up with their own testimonials about the exceptional care Sandy provides.

That’s what BNI is all about. We take the time to really get to know the people behind the businesses so that when we make a referral, we can feel confident about who we’re sending our friends, family, and clients to.

As a Wellness Activator and Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist, Patti helps people take a closer look at their health and better understand how they can support their bodies from the inside out.

During her presentation, Patti shared more about her approach to wellness, the tools and products she uses, and the importance of being proactive about taking care of our bodies rather than waiting until something feels wrong.

One of the benefits of BNI is having trusted professionals from so many different industries right in the room. Presentations like Patti’s give our members a better understanding of who she helps, what she does, and when someone in our own network may benefit from connecting with her.

Thank you to Dean Mize with Texas Best SoftWash for sharing with us this week! 🙌

Dean gave our members valuable insight into the world of exterior cleaning, including what to look for when hiring a company to pressure wash or soft wash your home or business. He explained the importance of using the proper cleaning methods for different surfaces and the extra care his team takes to ensure every job is completed safely and correctly.

Beyond the technical side of his business, Dean also shared the heart behind what he does. His family is the driving force behind his work, and it's clear that commitment to excellence extends to every customer he serves.

One of the highlights of the presentation was hearing fellow members share their experiences working with Dean. Time and again, they described him as a man of integrity with exceptional character who consistently goes above and beyond for his clients.
