It's Finally Here!! Rock Show Weekend!
We be running some deals for this weekend but we are also going to be open special hours during the rock show.

-Friday June 26th we are extending our hours to 10-7pm.
-Saturday June 27 we will be open 8am-6pm. that is an addition 4 hours for you to come and shop with us after the Gem show
-Special SUNDAY hours 10-5pm! That's right- we are going to be open Sunday!
Look for us to announce specials we will run this weekend during the Gem Show

New Pajama Pocket Fluorite is here!! This is a new pocket just discovered in September 2025. We have a large selection from this pocket but once we are sold out we will not be able to resupply easily.

It has been busy here so I’m very late on the post for the kids club rock this month. For May it is dinosaur bone.

We also have picked up a hadrosaur (duck bill) dinosaur egg for people to see. We hope everyone has a great week.

It is April and with the new month comes a new mineral for the kids club. The kids club at our shop is for people under 18 years old and is free to join. Every month you get a new rock or mineral with a learning cards with information about it.

This months mineral is topaz and the first semi precious stone that we have given out in the club. Also for the month of we are giving a special mystery egg to the kids club members that come in.

In November we started a kid’s club where children under 18 could get a new rock/mineral and learning card each month free of charge when they came to the shop. Well we are happy to announce that the 100th kid has joined and we wanted to give them something extra special.

With his parents permission we are announcing his name and showing the item he got.

Here is Gabriel our 100th kids club member. We cracked one of the special geodes, a Las Choyas also called a Coconut geode. This one is a beautiful amethyst with a dogtooth calcite crystal. The geode is fluorescent green and red under black light.

I will be posting more details about upcoming months kids club specimens but next month is going to be topaz.

We have an entire display case just filled with Perkys- Tourmalines, Tremolite Jade, Opals, Sapphires and more! All inside our 5000 sqft warehouse here in Tyler
