Job Summary:
Set up and REWORK components to fabricated boards. Remove and replace components using a hot air reflow machine. The repair specialist will also repair Printed circuit board assemblies that do not meet the customer’s specifications or IPC-610 requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Perform thru-hole soldering, assembly & mechanical assembly as directed
• Rework/repair THT & SMT
• Rework of Printed Circuit Board by cutting circuits, adding wires, and pad repair.
• Responsible for packaging and preparation for delivery of products repaired by Company.

• Ability to operate hot air reflow machine
• Must be able to use a microscope
• Basic knowledge and understanding of IPC 610 inspection requirements and J standard 001 soldering requirements, certification is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Manex, Aegis, and Circuit cam are preferred.
• Able to prioritize
• Basic Math
• 2+ years of soldering/rework experience

We are seeking an IT Analyst to provide comprehensive IT support, manage software projects, optimize IT processes, and empower staff through training and documentation. Ensure seamless operation and continuous improvement of the organization’s IT systems.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Provide IT help desk support as assigned, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshooting problems and providing solutions. Working with third-party IT vendor when/as needed.
• Deployment of new hardware to employees and configuration of PC imaging.
• Managing help desk tickets to prioritize and resolve support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Update and maintain IT documentation.

Required Job Qualifications (unless otherwise noted):
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Information Technology or other Business degree with IT concentration preferred.

Previous Work Experience
0 – 3 years’ experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, network problems in a business office environment required.

Skills and Abilities
• Knowledge of Windows Operating System, Microsoft Applications, general business systems.
• Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential while coordinating user priorities against IT department challenges.

DIRECT HIRE
Pay range - $22-$28/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily production of CNC machines by means of loading/unloading CNC machines, part inspection and troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret blueprints & drawings.
• Knowledge of basic measuring tools (ie; micrometers, calipers, indicators & gauges).
• Maintain quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of machining skills.
• Must be able to use various inspection tooling such as verniers, micrometers, drop indicators, etc..
• The ability to work with minimal supervision and familiarity with machining concepts, practices, and procedures.
• The ability to work with others and a good work ethic, required.
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, required.
