This picture was taken 5 years ago with my friend Razan. Lately I’ve been dealing with a lot of hard times mentally and emotionally. She has really been there for me and helped give me motivation to be who I truly am. It’s important for me to let everyone know how thankful I am to have her as my friend especially during this time. So many times black women never get told how good they are, how loving they are, or get appreciated even by the men they are in a relationship with.
