Field survey yesterday. Working with a crew of four women in steep dry country. Soon it will be wet. Between now and then we will put a crew of ten on the ground for six weeks to restore meadow gullies and prevent sediment delivery to salmon bearing streams. Then we’ll watch all winter and see the depth of what we capture in our brush structures. These thalweg surveys set the baseline. .

Field survey yesterday. Working with a crew of four women in steep dry country. Soon it will be wet.
