Join Lisa Baker this Saturday, July 18, at 11:00 a.m. for practical tips on being a caregiver. This program will be geared towards tips for dementia, but all caregivers are welcome! Attendees are welcome to share their own tips for self-care. This presentation will be focused on maintaining a positive attitude during an extremely difficult period of life.

We’re bringing together dozens of exhibitors ready to share helpful information on insurance, healthy living, financial planning, fraud prevention, government programs, veterans benefits and so much more.

Be sure to join us at 11:30 a.m. for my town hall meeting where we’ll dive into the issues that matter most to you.

No registration is required, and doors will open at 10 a.m. This expo is designed for seniors 55+ and their families.

Join us for the upcoming dates for Valley United and Epiphany's series on Embracing Aging.

Doors open at 5:30pm, dinner at 5:45. The freewill offering supports Chow for Children (which feeds Head Start kids in the Sayre and Athens school districts) and more series like this one.
