Here is some important information/FAQs for our ANNUAL CAMP HORSE & TACK AUCTION‼️

⏰Sale Date 8/29/26- Tack 11:00, Horses 4:00

🐴 We are expecting 180+ Horses, Ponies, Donkeys, and Mules. GREAT SELECTION OF HORSES THAT ARE COMING RIGHT FROM WORKING IN SUMMER CAMP. We will have horses for all disciplines in a variety of sizes, shapes, colors, and price ranges.

❌NO USED TACK!! We are accepting saddles, good harness, and carts only!! We will have two dealers selling new tack! ❌

🐎 We sell in the order that horses are consigned, please contact Kaitie Rubin by 5pm on Thursday, 8/27/26 for early consignments. Any horses not called in by deadline will sell after those consigned ahead.

📸 We are happy to advertise horses free of charge, pictures/videos and info must be received by the consignment deadline, 5pm Thursday 8/27, to be posted. NO EXCEPTIONS THIS MONTH- it’s our biggest sale of the year and we like to have it organized right!

❗️IF WE ADVERTISE YOUR HORSE THEY ARE EXPECTED TO BE AT THE SALE. Folks drive from all over to buy - please respect that and only advertise if they will definitely be here on sale day! Buyers remember- not everyone sends pics/info ahead so there will be lots more horses to see at the sale!

💰Terms of the sale are Cash, Check, or Credit Card. There is a 3% Buyers Premium on all card purchases.

⚠️ Please review our Soundness Guarantee on our website www.unadillalivestockcompany.com - Information regarding soundness announced in the sale ring takes precedence over advertised statements.

💲Horses sell at 8% Commission, FREE ADVERTISING, no consignment fee, $20 no sale fee (you must be present at the sale to have a reserve).

🚚 If you purchase a horse and need transportation there are lots of folks here willing to truck. Shout right out to the auctioneer where you need to go and we can help connect you with someone.

🌾 Horses can leave the night of the sale or be picked up on Sunday between 8am-12pm (we will hay and water those staying over night). If it needs to be beyond this time frame please talk to us about possible arrangements.

☎️ The sale is NOT webcast, but phone/proxy bidding is available for those who are not able to attend in person. Please CALL Kaitie with a credit card by 8pm Friday before the sale to arrange to phone/proxy bids. You must CALL, questions about phone bidding are not handled via messages.

Folks, I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am about the lineup of horses we have for you tomorrow! 210+ consigned ahead! Lots of horses coming right out of camp, fresh horses out of the west, local horses, drafts and drivers, ponies and donkeys. All kinds of shape, color, and quality! 🐴

A couple of scotch highland cows and steers too! 🐂

REMINDER- saddles, carts, and harness are the only Tack that we are accepting tomorrow.

New tack at 11 o’clock and we aim to be on horses at 4 o’clock sharp!

Plan to come early and stay late! It’s a sale you certainly don’t want to miss!

Stout bay gelding! Nemo is built like a brick house and is handy as a shirt pocket! He has worked on a cattle ranch out west doctoring and sorting cattle, opening and closing gates, you name it he’s done it! Nemo will walk, trot, and lope! Has some of the best breeding on her papers!! From “HIGH BROW CAT” to “HIGH BROW HICKORY”!! And also has “PEPPY SAN BADGER” on her papers!! She has been ridden but has been having foals the last couple years.
