We want to take a moment to address part orders and repairs that require parts. In some cases, parts may be on backorder or experience unexpected shipping delays that are unfortunately out of our control.
Please know that once your part has been ordered, we are actively monitoring its status. If there are any updates or delays, we will reach out to you as soon as we receive that information. As soon as your part arrives, you will be contacted promptly to schedule your repair.
We kindly ask that you allow us to reach out to you with updates, as frequent check-in calls or messages do not speed up the process and can take time away from scheduling and servicing repairs for all of our customers.
