During my time leading teams, I built the Intentional Leadership framework through real experience. The 4 I’s, Identity, Integrity, Intention, and Impact, come from what I’ve actually implemented and tested, while leading people and driving results.

The program is structured in two parts, first we build self-leadership through identity and integrity and expand into leading others with intention and impact.

Happy Monday!

I’m in my third consecutive week of training the entire senior class of a local technical school in OSHA 10 as part of their required industry credentials.

I have been partnering with this school for years in an effort to give our students a leg up as they enter the workplace.
