Farm life at Stone Tree means finding a use for just about everything. 🫐🐐🐓

Yesterday was blueberry pressing day, and after we squeezed out all that beautiful blueberry goodness, we were left with a big pile of dry blueberry pulp and skins.

Waste? Not around here. 😂

Our goats and chickens were more than happy to take care of the leftovers. Judging by the goats’ enthusiasm, they’d like us to press blueberries every day. 🐐💜

It’s one of our favorite parts of running the farm at Stone Tree Farm & Cidery—finding ways to keep things full circle. What comes from the farm can often go right back into it, and even the “leftovers” can become a treat for someone.

Blueberries pressed. Animals spoiled. Nothing wasted. ♻️🫐

Can you smell this picture?!?! It’s time to press the Maine Wild blueberries 🫐 this fermenting juice will now move from the open air fermentation tubs to our closed fermenting tanks! The big red barn smells like blueberry cobbler!

Reminder! We have a HUGE weekend this weekend with big bands both days, Saturday and Sunday! The Fossils hit the Stone Tree Stage Saturday from 4-7pm and Six Wayz To Sunday hit the stage 12-4pm Sunday followed by FREE trivia 4-6pm! Graze207 will be here serving up their menu all weekend long!

🍇 HAPPY SEPTEMBER! 🍇

Apparently the grapes didn’t get the memo that harvest is supposed to wait. 😂

We’re kicking off September with clusters that are big, beautiful, and TWO WEEKS ahead of schedule! The vines took one look at the calendar and said, “Nah, we’re ready.”

So here I am, casually standing underneath enough grapes to make me question whether I should be excited… or start running. 😳🍇

Time to sharpen the snips, stretch the picking muscles, and prepare for that wonderful time of year when everything we own becomes mysteriously sticky. 😂
