Job Description
CARRCO is looking for a high-energy, driven professional to join our Business Development team.
We provide the tools and technology to connect with decision-makers; it’s your job to convert those leads into opportunities and then closed sales. Constant daily tasks include scheduling, prospecting and lead management. WE HAVE A GREAT TRAINING PROGRAM TO ENSURE YOUR SUCCESS
First year 36K to 40K with existing territory
Responsibilities

• Be creative, find solutions, stay organized and engaged
• Meet and exceed quota goals via existing accounts and new prospects
• Nurture leads into opportunities
• Independently assess prospect and customer needs and opportunities
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions using defined methods and tools
• Participate in weekly team meetings, bringing your best self to the table
• Once Fully Trained and with the right candidate. Remote, WORK-FROM-HOME may be a possibility
Qualifications:
• Self Starter – takes initiative, and is always hungry to achieve and learn
• Easily adaptable – not averse to change in a busy environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-oriented atmosphere
• Excellent communication, active listening skills and remote relationship building
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Compensation/Benefits:
• Existing Territory
• First year 36K to 40K with existing territory
• Simple IRA with Company match after 1 year
• Comfortable Hours 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday
• No Nights No Weekends
• $50/month fitness reimbursement after 90 days/ after a year goes to $100 per month
• Valuable work experience within a growing environment
• 1 Week of PTO and 1 Week of Vacation after 1 year
• PAID HOLIDAYS for full-time employees
