One thing I really liked about the outdoor work I did was the connection with folks.
The community part.
Seeing someone learn something, use it, and then go do their own thing with it — that stuff makes me shine.
The last few years have been about adjusting.
Scaling down.
Paying closer attention to who I actually connect with.
It turns out, it brought me closer to home.
There’s something solid about building where you’re comfortable and letting it grow from there. I had to come full circle to see that clearly. I’m a slow learner and a tough sell. I had to loose everything twice before I figured it out.
More to come.
