It's been a few months since my last post.

What's been happening?❓️I've been recovering from a kidney transplant seven weeks ago, on March 11th.

Prior to my transplant, I had the privilege of presenting a Leadership Communication training to exceptional leaders within the UMOS program in South Texas. These leaders gained insight into the significance of understanding communication styles and their impact on leadership.

They also participated in the Minefield game, which demonstrates how trust and communication can influence another person's success.
