As we age, our lungs and hearts are more sensitive to pollution, wildfire smoke, and smog. Take these quick precautions before heading out:
📱 Check the AQI on your weather app
🏡 Stay indoors during peak pollution hours
🪟 Keep windows closed and use AC recirculate
😷 Wear an N95 mask if you must go outside
🩺 Watch for symptoms like coughing or shortness of breath
