* Keeping trucks clean and maintained

- Coordinate and schedule towing requests efficiently
- Communicate with drivers and customers to provide timely updates
- Handle incoming calls and maintain detailed records

Hiring flat bed and wheel lift drivers. Experience preferred, but will train the right person. The right person will have some experience driving large vehicles and be mechanically inclined. Pay is percentage. Weekly direct deposit. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a good driving record. RealID needed within 3 months of hire as we regularly travel to Ft Bragg.

Responsibilities :
Daily inspections of the truck.
Driving the tow truck.
Communicating with the dispatcher and customer.
Quickly determining a course of action for moving a damaged vehicle.
Loading and securing the vehicle to the tow truck.
Transporting the vehicle to its destination.
Unloading the vehicle at its destination.
Jump-starting vehicles, changing tires, fuel delivery and winch-outs.
Documenting the status of jobs in phone app- including before, during, and after pictures.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the equipment.
