This may look like a lot of ugly, but it shows how a well-engineered system paired with an industry-standard FANUC Controller can last. This system has been road-hard for the past 20 years; we're doing refurbishment work and then returning it to production at its new location.

Making room for what’s next.

When it’s time to replace a case clamp, DES coordinates the move from start to finish. We prepare the old machine for removal, schedule the riggers, oversee delivery of the new equipment, and coordinate setting it in place.
