You have your business goals lined out, your business is growing and your expanding. Have you stopped to talk to your employees about your goals and the future of the business? Do they know how they fit into the what’s to come? Often employees feel like they get lost in the shuffle, this leads low job satisfaction and employee turn over. Turn over is very taxing on a business especially when you’re wanting to grow. Take the extra step to talk to everyone, make them feel like they are part of the business model and the success so far and the success to come. Uncertainty is one of the worst feelings for an employee when you’re growing your business, especially the further down the ladder you get.
