This garage floor had an existing big-box-store epoxy coating that just wasn’t holding up — so we removed it completely and started over the right way.

✅ Existing epoxy mechanically removed
✅ Concrete properly ground and prepped
✅ Professional polyaspartic coating system

✅ Grit added to the final coat for extra slip resistance and traction

1,800 LINEAR FEET OF CAULK! 💪

This 6,500 sq. ft. driveway got some serious joint protection.

We prepped and caulked approximately 1,800 linear feet of joints — cleaning and prepping the joints, adding sand and backer rod where needed, and finishing them with self-leveling polyurethane caulk.

Why caulk your concrete joints? 👇

💧 Helps keep water from getting underneath the slabs
❄️ Reduces water intrusion during freeze/thaw cycles
🧱 Helps protect the edges of the concrete from deterioration
↔️ Allows the joints to accommodate normal concrete movement
🛡️ Helps protect the base beneath your driveway long-term

Here in Northwest Indiana, water getting into your joints and freezing can contribute to movement and deterioration over time. Properly sealed joints are another layer of protection for your investment.
