Other Side Ministries OtherSide Ministries (OSM) is a 501(c)(3) love-based ministry. We exist to re-ignite hope through opportunity and mentorship.

At the heart of Otherside Ministries (OSM), is our desire to help those that society has dismissed and rejected. Often those struggling just to survive and make it through another day have lost hope that there is a way out of the vicious cycle of poverty. Here's how OSM provides abundant HOPE to our community:

JOB TRAINING- “A New Beginning” is our culinary arts training program for those that ar

e currently homeless, in danger of becoming homeless, or starting over after incarceration. Our classes are 100% free to approved applicants and they graduate with a food handler’s card and a course certification that allows them to immediately find employment in the field. Students are guided from start to finish in the basics like sanitation and food safety up through gourmet meal creation. Job readiness is the top priority of this program, so assistance with resumes, interview techniques, and job placement is also provided. OUTREACH- Allowing our culinary students an opportunity to give back to their community and peers through our partnership with Genesis Project is an incredible way to grow them in their cooking skills. Even more importantly, they have the opportunity to be a beacon of hope to those who are still looking for a way out of poverty. We serve this free hot meal with no questions asked every other Sunday. If you are hungry, please come and partake at Genesis Project- 564 N. Idaho Rd; Apache Junction, AZ 85119. CATERING SERVICES- We have our very own catering company that we use to gainfully employ our students and give them on-the-job training. Our focus is on empowering each of them by giving them a well-rounded education with real-life opportunities. With each meal that they serve, they prove to themselves and everyone else that they are going to be an OtherSide Ministry success story. Great news and pariase report for OSM serving again. We will be anoucing dates soon to serve. We have a location to serve in the heart of Mesa. We will provide hot meals, pray and distribute Bibles. We will not just serve but minister to the unhoused of Mesa.

We will be serving in Mesa on Mondays. This will be a lunch service for 75 meals. Please pray, seek, and if you feel called to volunteer to cook, serve, and pray with this community. Please comment or message us directly. If you have expressed interest in the past we will reach out to you.

Hello OtherSide Ministries family!! This is Reverend Jason. November of 2025 was our last outreach. Since then, I hoped we would continue moving forward in reopening, but God had other plans. I experienced some setbacks, that were really realignments. The time allowed me to spend time in prayer and meditation to get clear direction and address some health and personal issues that I ignored for too long.

This time has allowed me to truly focus on my purpose and what God has called me to do specifically with this ministry. We are but the hands and feet; ultimately this organization is the Most Highs, to him alone be the glory.

With that said I/we are focused on reopening by the fall. We will have a new purpose. Now OSM will be a true ministry, "feeding stomachs and feeding souls" is our purpose and the mission of OtherSide Ministers. We will accomplish this mission through the Grace of God.

We will still serve meals to our community; this is and always has been our foundation of serving. Now we will be offering prayer through a volunteer team whose only focus is to pray and distribute Bibles. We are blessed to reconnect with some of our community partners. We have secured a church that will sponsor our outreaches!!! All events are fully funded!!

We are in negotiation with other locations and churches to host our events. If your church or you know of a community location who would consider hosting us for a one time or a monthly event, please message us directly. If you would like to volunteer to cook, connect, pray or serve we would love to have you again. Please message us directly to put your name on our partner list or watch for upcoming events listed and sign up to serve.

Hello, to all, our amazing volunteers and followers. It was such an honor to be serving again and touching our community through food.In the holy spirit. We are seeking a location that we can serve out of regularly. If any of you no, an organization that's looking to partner to serve in a greater capacity. Possibly your church has an unused kitchen space and wants to engage with the community.Greater. please pray and if you are led to someone or to an organization.Please reach out.We would love to talk with them.

It truly was amazing to be back serving again!! Thank you to all the volunteers that showed up, cooked, served, and cleaned with smiles on there faces and an outpouring of Holy Spirt in their hearts. You guys are all amazing! 225 meals in just over thirty minutes! Lots of compliments on the food.

Thank you to La Mesa Ministries for partnering with us. Truly is an honor to work alongside you.
