Black Friday doesn’t have to be about buying more things.

For me, it’s become a moment to pause and ask:

Who am I becoming next?
What future am I choosing to invest in?
And how can I carry the gratitude from Thanksgiving into the life I’m creating?

This year, one of the people I’m most grateful for is this man right here — Papi PJ DiNuzzo.

It doesn’t get any better than this!

This weekend I get to spend time jamming out with some of the most beautiful human beings I’ve ever met.

Leaders who are in their Mastery saying Yes to creating and amplifying solutions to building companies that bring more love to others.

Being in each other space, breaking bread together, and revolutionizing the way forward to bring humanity back to the human race… This is what I stand for.

I had tears in my eyes as I held space on our full Day 1 experience of our first ever Jam Session led by myself and my dear friends, .gaskill and Tim Dwyer, who joined us all the way from Brisbane Australia.

We are here to co-create with our incredible colleagues and find solutions towards creating more purpose-led companies.

What an incredible gift! Day 2 is going to be absolutely amazing as well and I look forward to experiencing every moment of it. 💖

Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve posted, but I’ve been taking time to focus on myself and the relationships that bring me joy.

A big part of what brings me Joy are these incredible ladies! I’m so thankful for these women who’ve been part of our Trusted Circle for the past year.

We met through and have had the most wonderful time bonding over food, laughter, and meaningful conversations. We’re doing it all again for another year, but we have 2 openings!

Some mornings, I wake up with the full weight of it all:

Anxiety. Frustration. Feeling boxed in. Tired to the bone.

But here’s what I know…

Life is both the still glass and the wild movement beneath it.

The peace on the surface doesn’t mean nothing’s happening. Underneath, there’s a whole ecosystem of creation:

• Cells multiplying.
• Currents shifting.
• New life forming.

It’s the same inside us. What feels like chaos can also be growth. What feels overwhelming can also be the exact rearrangement needed to prepare us for what’s next.

So today, I’m choosing to reframe.

I’m remembering that I can shift my own timeline. That this isn’t the end—it’s a wave passing through.

And I’m holding the lifeline.

To creation. To possibility. To building what’s next.

This morning, the sun came straight to me.

I’m sitting on the deck this morning, coffee in hand, watching the sunrise.

The water’s surface is lit with golden light — and the rays lead directly to my spot.

It felt like the Creator whispering:
You are favored. You are loved. You are blessed beyond measure.

We forget sometimes…
That our breath is a miracle.
That the sun rises without us asking.
That blessings ripple toward us even in the chaos.

Today, I’m slowing down to notice.
To pour gratitude back into the One who gave it all.

May this day bless us more than we can imagine. May we create from the same love that created us. 🌅✨

Wowowowow, there’s nothing more powerful than taking a time to rest. These last 2 weeks have been nothing but absolutely incredible and realigned me to what’s most important:

#1. Family and chosen family is EVERYTHING. They’re here to grow you, expand you, lift you up in ways that you may or may not want, but are here for your good. Making memories with people that you love is everything!

#2. Rest = creativity! We played hard and we ended up creating games out of nowhere simply because we didn’t have anything to do, but enjoy each other and rest up!

Coming back today, we’re launching our first class of our Revolutionary Network Incubator through our program “Alchemy of You” and I am jazzed up beyond ever! It’s going to go so well because I chose to rest and play with people I love!

#3. Do something you’ve never done before. This is something I’m teaching myself as I teach my daughters. For me, we didn’t really ever go on vacation as kids. We did workcations…and honestly, that’s what I’ve done with my girls too.

My parents were and are hard-working individuals that wanted to make sure we were provided for, and that meant often that their careers and making money took priority over rest.

So, I’m learning how to play and involve my kids in the process! We also have never jumped into lakes without alligators, floated down a river, played on 100+ acre farm, and had complete “No technology” days…so wild, eh? In some places, there was literally nothing but satellite access! That’s the adventure I want to continue setting forth and trying with my kids and those I love!

So, welcome back to Me. To the real Me, to the Me that is refreshed and alive and living out of my essence, not from exhaustion. Excited to be here with you, with them, with myself. ❤️🙏🏼
