🚨We’re Hiring a Project Estimator!🚨
Sport Graphics is looking for a Retail Project Manager to help coordinate retail graphics, signage, and special projects from the initial request through production and delivery. Working closely with our estimating, creative, production, installation, and logistics teams, you will keep project details organized, coordinate vendors, and help deliver work accurately and on schedule.
This role is a good fit for someone who understands how graphics and fabricated products are made, enjoys solving problems, and can manage several projects while keeping clients, vendors, and internal teams informed.
📌 What you will do
• Coordinate retail and special projects, tracking scope, deadlines, approvals, production, and delivery requirements.
• Review construction plans, drawings, and specifications to identify signage locations, dimensions, materials, and project requirements.
• Create and revise graphic templates, scale drawings, and production files in Adobe Illustrator; generate shop drawings and send/ review proofs with internal and external clients/teams.
• Manage vendor communication, request and compare quotes, clarify specifications, and track outside fabrication and delivery schedules.
• Prepare quote requests for estimating and assist with purchasing coordination, maintain pricing and order details accurately.
• Coordinate project changes, document cost and schedule impacts, identify potential project obstacles and obtain the necessary approvals before work proceeds.
• Prepare store orders and job tickets, maintain project records, and communicate current requirements to production and logistics.
• Follow up on open items, resolve project obstacles, and work with accounting to support accurate billing and project documentation.
📌 What you bring
• Experience in project management or coordination within signage, graphics, retail environments, exhibits, or custom fabrication. Including but not limited to retail design.
• Working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, including creating and revising templates and scaled drawings.
• Ability to read construction plans and shop drawings and understand dimensions, materials, and manufacturing specifications.
• Knowledge of digital printing, signage materials, and fabrication methods, with an understanding of how project details affect cost and production.
• Strong organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple deadlines.
• Comfort working in obtaining and managing vendor quotes, project costs, change orders, etc.
Software Experience: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Microsoft Office (Excel & Access), AutoCAD is helpful but not required
