Troy Summerell, aka OnieTonie™, is a Hampton Roads, Virginia-based artist who strives to positively impact the community with happy, playful designs that feature bold colors and crisp lines. Inspired by the ocean and surf culture, Troy has hand-painted a number of large scale, exterior murals throughout the Hampton Roads region of Virginia that have become sought after backdrops for photographers and their clients. He recently completed a massive mural, packed with vibrant colors and his signature sea creatures, inside the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughter (CHKD) in Norfolk — bringing smiles and joy to young patients who need a pick-me-up. 😃 Great news, the Navy Pride by OnieTonie ‘I ❤️ JET NOISE’ merch is now available at the NAS Oceana Navy Exchange! Really happy our friends at NEXCOM believe in this design as much as we do and gave it its own little spot in the store! Still a good number of Tees and Crewnecks available. Hoping we can get this design and merch in a lot more spots with the Navy in the near future 🙏.
