This has been difficult for me to do well. This past Sunday I didn’t check the headlines or feeds once. I started to many times but caught myself and was able to resist. Cortisol is on the rise. When the faucet stays on too long, it has devastating consequences for your mind, body and soul. Take 3 minutes to breathe deeply through your nose. Sit outside for bonus points. Find some clam in this chaos. We will get through it together! If you need to talk with someone, please reach out. Isolation doesn’t mean alone!
