Located in Southern Indiana right on the Ohio River, KYS has a long-standing history in the boating community. Going all the way back 50+ years when Leon Shaw formed the original Kentuckiana Yacht Sales during the time he started Gibson fiberglass houseboats. In that time he built over 5,000 Gibson Houseboats. In later years, He and son David Shaw manufactured Jefferson Yachts and the iconic 35' Marlago Fishing Series, as well as the Monticello Houseboat Series. Today, David Shaw is at the helm of KYS. Being a lifetime boater and boat-builder, David knows what it takes to properly maintain a boat. facility, we can accommodate boats of all sizes and perform almost any line of service. We also have access to all marinas in the area and the right resources to service your boat in-water. We are now manufacturing Marlago Inflatables!
