National Manufacturing Group, a leading multi-plant OEM supplier specializing in custom molded FRP, thermoformed plastics, and metal fabrication, today announced the acquisition of A-1 Fiberglass, a Nebraska-based manufacturer specializing in fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) products.

The acquisition further expands National Manufacturing Group’s domestic manufacturing footprint, increasing production capacity and strengthening its ability to serve OEM customers across a diverse range of industries. The addition of A-1 Fiberglass provides National with greater manufacturing flexibility, additional production resources, and an expanded geographic presence in the central United States.

As part of National Manufacturing Group’s continued growth strategy, the acquisition builds upon the company’s existing expertise in fiberglass-reinforced plastics and composite manufacturing. By integrating A-1 Fiberglass into its growing network of manufacturing facilities, National can better distribute production demands, improve operational efficiencies, and provide customers with greater capacity to support both existing programs and future growth.

Our Joplin facility will be hosting a job fair on Thursday, July 23rd from 9:00 am-2:00 pm. We will be having open interviews; recruiting for experienced Welder Fabricators and industrial painters, and other entry level positions.
